Location is very important when it comes to fishing in the western basin of Lake Erie. Some charters have to change marinas every couple of months because the fish move from shallower water in the west, to deeper water farther east. We are docked at Winkie's Landing which is located in West Harbor. With
our location in West Harbor, we are able to fish the entire season
without having to worry about switching docks. We can
go west towards Toledo, east towards Huron, or north towards
Located farther north than just about any other marina in the area allows us to fish in Canada with greater ease. The underwater structure in Canada generally produces larger walleye and great bass fishing. Located close to the islands as we are is also a great benefit.
